State Bank Of India [SBI] — points and account money deducted but recharge not done nor refunded | |||
I have recharged my number through sbi rewardz of total 600rs on 5/5/2020 for airtel mobile number [protected] which i had paid through 1178 reward points and 305rs account balance. After putting otp the page showed error and recharge failure but my points and account money has been deducted and yet no recharge or refund is given from sbi. And also on my rewardz transactions list it is not showing any deduction but my reward balance went from 1178 to 0.02 points. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||
