Dear Sir /Madam, A complaint I have made a payment to HDFC life for a premium amount of Rs.2500. 00 on 03/07/2018, The status of transaction shows "transaction failed", but the above amount deducted from my SBI A/saving [protected] Details of the transaction :- Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 559XX6640 for a purchase worth Rs2500.0 on POS FSSSBIDCINSC at FSS DC INSURANCE txn#[protected].
