I am anil kumar sharma customer of your sbi Bank, when i doing transaction on 26/02/2017 and 27/02/2017 my money Deducted from my account but my transaction is failed from bhim app But mini statement of transaction showing successfully. For this i Complaint in sbi branch i. T. I rampur korba (Chhattisgarh) but they Never gone through it. The amount of money is 14000 rupees. Please Kindly take action and resolved my problem fast. Myself mrs.Vijayadevi Sutale had deposited a cheque on 25th of January 2017 in bhiwandi branch. It has been more than 30 days still it is not cleared. I has visited 2-3 time to know what is the issue but your staff didn't give me proper answer. I request you to clear my cheque as soon as possible.
