Hello sir, i placed an order from amazon in the month of september. It came as broken and i had it returned. They said they would send me a refund of the same as soon as possible. The refund amount is rs.475. It's been almost 3 months now and i still haven't got my refund. Following is a picture attached with the details of the order.
