Our billing department has confirmed that we issued a refund to your original payment method for rs. 288.00 on august 15, 2017. The amount should reflect in your bank account statement or credit card statement after 22 august, 2017. The reference number for the refund is igabretdj5.

For bank account refund confirmation, you can contact the customer care department of your bank with this reference number for more information about your refund. If your bank doesn't provide the refund confirmation, you can dispute the transaction as "refund never processed". At that time, they'll see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

If the refund is issued to your credit card account, your card provider may take additional time to update the statement. Please contact your card provider for the refund confirmation.
