State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund has been successful from amazon but somewhere stuck from bank side. | |||
DATE OF TRANSACTION - 17/10/2020 AMOUNT OF TRANSACTION -Rs.2810 CARD NO-[protected] DISPUTED AMOUNT-Rs.1300/- REFERENCE NO-362895. BANK NAME-SBI(STATE BANK OF INDIA) ORDER NO[protected] I placed an order (17 packets of natural dyes) with amazon worth Rs.2810 ON 17/10/2020 And payment done by visa debit card. due to some personal reason I return 16 packets worth Rs.2555. I got the half refund that is Rs.1253/- (9 packets), But I didn't get the refund Rs.1300/- (7packets) till now. I contact with amazon they said that they already paid the full amount on 26/10/2020.(REFERENCE NO-362895). I contact with SBI bank also they said that they didn't get any money.They are not giving proper service. They didn't speak properly to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
