State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund has not been added to account! | |
I have book a train ticket through paytm on 27 January but it got failed. I had paid it from my paytm wallet and with my account. Paytm had done there work and processed my refund. The amount I had paid through wallet has been created back but sbi is has not processed my money. It's about more then a week and you guys can't do any thing. Your customer service is really bad I can't connect to any of your person. I tried several time, your service is useless. Please tell me that how can I get my money back.
