[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated by amazon but did not received

I have order a product from amazon on19 April, 2021. As it was delayed for more than 15 days. I cancelled the product. Refund was initiated by them and was expected to be credited on 15 may, 2021. The amount was not credited even after so many days. The reference number provided to me is 354896. Kindly resolve my problem.
