State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated by AMAZON but not received yet | |
I am Nibedita Das.I ordered 3 products in Amazon. The details are as follows- 1) ORDER ID :[protected] placed on 2 January 2021 of AMOUNT Rs 496, REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER is 932719 2) ORDER ID :[protected] placed on 28 December 2020 of AMOUNT Rs 430, REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER is 124847, Refund issued on 9 January 2021 3) ORDER ID :[protected] placed on 12 January 2021 of AMOUNT Rs 548, REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER is 989130, Refund issued on 22 January 2021 I have returned all the above 3 products and hence Amazon have confirmed that they have already initiated the refund as well as given me the REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER (RRN) of the above 3 returned products. But the refund amount of the above 3 products have not been deposited or reflected in my STATE BANK ACCOUNT yet. Hence, I have not received the refund amount yet after the initiation of refund from Amazon. So, Kindly resolve the issue so that I can get the refund amount in my account as early as possible. The snapshots of ORDER ID as well as confirmation mail of AMAZON regarding the REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER have been attached. Was this information helpful? | |
