State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund initiated from merchant (nykaa) but amount has not been credited to my account | |
My order was from nykaa for 3 products whose prices were rs 85, rs 188 and rs 950 respectively. The total amount for the order was rs 1223. Refund was initiated for my cancelled order on 6th april, 2020. Only rs 85 was credited to my account on 7th april, 2020. I contacted nykaa numerous times and they stated that they have initiated a refund from their end and have provided me the arn no for their transactions. Due to lockdown, i cannot contact sbi bank as they are not accepting any calls.
