State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund not generated | |
I ordered a book from Amazon on 26 june 2018 and paid via SBI debit card. I had to cancel the order and on 27 june Amazon mailed me confirmation of refund successful with refund reference no. 269003. (Order no.[protected] But the amount is still not credited to my account, after 10 days of refund confirmation. Upon contacting SBI customer care, they said we cannot do anything we can only tell you if money has been added to your account or not. Both Amazon ans SBI are unwilling to cooperate. Please return the amount to my account. The amount is Rs. 323. Was this information helpful? | |
