[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund not processed by the bank even after 2 months | |||
A refund was issued into my account by amazon.com on a canceled order with the authorization code (Refund reference number) - 635386 on 6th october 2019 but beforehand i had to urgently close my bank account on 4th october 2019. I contacted amazon for the same and they suggested me to go fill charge dispute form with the bank and i contacted the branch with the same for which the manager said they dont know of any such form and one employee even said to let go of the amount due to complications. I wasnt provided any information regarding disputing my transaction on both customer care and the bank branch as well. Bank branch name - ngm nabha (Ifsc code - sbin0018691). Nov 17, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I received the money in my new account which i haven't checked before . State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
