State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund not processed even after 27 days

A refund of rs. 20255 was successfully processed by easemytrip on[protected] to my account. I confirmed with easymytrip several times that the refund had been successful.
It has been 27 days and i didn't yet receive my refund. The customer service was not helpful.

The refund transaction details as mentioned by easemytrip are:

Refund amount - rs. 20255.00

Transaction reference id - [protected]
Arn number:[protected]

I am also attaching a screenshot of the mail i received from easemytrip.
Kindly please go through the mail and locate the pending refund.
