State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund not reflecting in my account after the refund was initiated | |
My name is anupam kumar and i had ordered a product of rs 7999.00 all new kindle (10th gen), 6 in amazon on 08-jan-2020 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 12-jan-2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number # 357162 and told me to fill charge dispute form but sbi bank's costumer's care was not able to solve my problem. Amazon asked us to quote the reference number to bank customer care but they were not able to help out. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
