State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund of canceled internet banking transaction is Not refunded even after 11 business days | |||
I used SBI internet banking for payment of Amazon orders for Rs.496/- two times. Order got auto canceled giving reason payment declined by bank. Same amount got deducted from my account. Bank says transaction is successful and it is settled with merchant. Amazon says they haven't received payment as order is auto canceled. Now my money is stuck in space between this two. I am trapped in loop between SBI and Amazon Was this information helpful? | |||
