[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund processed by amazon but not credited by sbi

Dear sir/ma'am,

A refund of rs 499 was successfully initiated on 3rd july 2018, by amazon, through the neft mode. However, it did not reflect in my account, even after 10 days (27 days till now). I called the sbi customer care several times but all were in vain. They provided me with no resolution. Neither did they file 'charge dispute' nor did they accept the reference number provided by amazon to locate the refund. I even contacted home branch but i felt completely helpless. These small scams are happening even after the digitalisation and transparency on the banking industry. If such things happen, then how can we rely on online transactions. Please look upon this matter asap. I am totally disappointed with such negligence on sbi's part.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have not received any communication from SBI yet, regarding the aforesaid matter. Please see that the matter is resolved ASAP.
