State Bank Of India [SBI] — regarding deduction made by false online transaction | |||
On 29th of april a transaction was made and an amount of rs.3646.95 was deducted from my sbi savings account. This transaction was made without my permission. I received a message which stated as follows: Thank you for using your sbi debit card 463xx3291 for a purchase worth rs 3646.95 on pos [protected] at google *colopl txn#[protected]. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]. I have checked with google if there was any purchase from my google account, but didn't find any purchase in my order history. I want to get the money refunded as the transaction was not made by me. I was baffled to realize as the transaction happened without following formal procedures which seeks otp/pin. Was this information helpful? | |||
