State Bank Of India [SBI] — Regarding not getting refund | |||
My name is BHAVESH PATIDAR and I had ordered AMERICAN TOURISTER IVY POLYPROPYLENE TROLLEY BAG of RS.Amount 3159 RUPEE in Amazon on 11oct 2020 and after 15oct 2020 I cancelled this order due to personal reason.On 17 oct 2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 137426 and told me to fill charge dispute form but SBI doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
