State Bank Of India [SBI] — Regarding recharge of BSNL prepaid phone from my account | |||
Dear sir I have a personal savings bank account no. [protected] at your ADB Chhatarpur (MP) branch and normally transact online. Yesterday on 5th March 2017 I tried to recharge my BSNL mobile phone ( UP East mobile no. [protected]) through SBI net banking from the same account. The amount Rs. 220/- has been debited from my aforesaid account as per the latest bank statement but the same has not been transferred to BSNL . The time indicated in my SMS from SBI is 16:36 . The Transaction Ref. No.of above debited amount is IGAAXHVSB5 . I request you to kindly look into this matter which affects my interest with net banking at this time when digital payment is becoming a dire necessity.
