State Bank Of India [SBI] — regarding sbi transaction failed and not received refund till date | |||
Hello sir, With reference to subject, I am anil morey. This mail is regarding the failed transaction of 15000 inr. I did transaction of 15000 rupees at kem hospital, pune on dated 7 august 2019. The transaction was failed but the amount got deducted from my account twice. And i still did not received my refund yet. I have raised the complaint twice at sbi but there were no proper solution on that. I request you to please check and do the needful. Here i am attaching the pay slip of that said transaction for your reference. Kindly check and provide some resolution on this. If you need further information please feel free to revert back on below mentioned mobile number. I have taken follow up with kem hospital pune. And they have sent me mail saying that they don't received the amount twice. Here i am attaching mail from kem. Kindly check and do the further needful as soon as possible.
