Dear team, I did a transaction from sbi online to know my cibil score. There is an option\service in sbi online known as "know your cibil score", i had availed the service on 14th nov 2018. I was charged an amount of rs.440 but i am deeply disappointed to inform you that my account was debited with the amount but the service was not provided to me, not the rs.440 which was charged was refunded. I checked with sbi customer care but they are not providing any proper response. If they are charging an amount as service charge then the service should be given else the amount should be refunded, they are not doing either of it. As i have now explained the issue. Kindly help me in getting my cibil report or refund the amount of rs.440. Was this information helpful? | |||||
