State Bank Of India [SBI] — regarding wrong transaction | |||
I am account holder in sbi account. I have transferred an amount of rs. 10000 on 1st april 2019. I had to transfer money to citi bank ccount holder. But by mistake i entered the account number of hdfc bank and the ifsc code of citi bank. The amount has been debited from my account instantly. But not recieved in reciever account. Its 4 days to go and bank is not helping me regading this. I talked to customer care of sbi but they denied to provide any kind of assistance.. They said that do whatever u want to do but we r not gonna help you. I didn't expect that kind of response from customer care. Kindly help me. As i already submitted an application regarding this in my home branch. But still there is no response from bank side too. Was this information helpful? | |||
