State Bank Of India [SBI] — registered mobile number not receiving otp

I changed my mobile number associated with my internet banking two weeks ago and submitted the filled in form in the branch. My old mobile number was a south african number that worked perfectly well. My new number is a french mobile number. Although the current french number shows correctly on the internet banking profile, i don't receive and otp. I did not receive a message from the bank either when the new number was registered. As a result, i cannot register on sbi secure otp on my new phone

Complaint Complaint hamari bank sbi ac no se [protected] elphistan batch se investment intermedi ke nam se 295 rupaye kat rahe hai bina meri ijjat se fraud ho rha hai mai dadar police station me bhi aaj comp kar raha hu .

Dear sir,
With out my permission every time from my account debited 295 rupees for the investiment remidi. Deducted 2 times.
So, please refund my money.
And block investiment remidi.

I have not availed for any such services and then to the amount is deducted from my account without my knowledge.

Take actions and refund my money as soon as possible. And this problem is faced by many of the customers and no action is been taken on it.
