[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — rejecting clash deposit and unhelpful staff

I am trying to deposit 20 thousands in cash since yesterday.
No atm accepted the transaction.
After inserting the money.
It says failed transaction and asking me to take back the cash.
I called the customer service but they didn't provide me any information and they ended the call and didn't answer me again.
So on, the staff of patia branch in bhubaneswar, odisha is unhelpful at all, especially when dealing with foreigner who speaks only english.
They don't give him a turn.
I need urgently to deposit cash to book an air to my country.

Update 1:
I went to the bank branch and met the manager who was very helpful. He said to me, the deposited amount will reflect to your account within a few hours.
I am waiting till evening to check if the transaction was done or wasn't.
However, why from the beginning to prevent me from depositing?
I came to India as a student and I need to keep money saved for university and other payments.
Why did I open a bank account? to say that I can't deposit?
Friends who have Allahabad account don't face the same problem.

Update 2:
I went many and many times to activate net banking but no solution.
The Yono application says that I have to go to my bank branch to get my username and password.
However, last time in the branch they said register as a new user.
When I register they say account already was created go to your branch.
The time before, they said let us update your information and come after a few days.
Another one before, they said, we created your account. Wait for your OTP but I didn't get it.
I only remember those three times but the times I went for the same problem were more than 5.

Update 3:
I tried to activate SMS banking and Misscall banking many times as per instructions but nothing has happened.
So on, I tried to activate Phone banking.
There are many and many methods for balance inquiry and doing transactions but I can do neither of them.
Nothing works.

Update 4:
I don't like complaining but I am really tired from the services.
I wish I opened an account with another bank or I didn't at all.

I need only one way to check the deposit reflection from home.
Neither of (Net Banking, SMS Banking, Phone Banking, Miss Call Banking) works.
The nearest ATM is 1.5 KM away (1 mile) from me.
I need 20 minutes by walk to reach and 20 minutes to comeback and it's very crowded.
Every time I need to go there just for simple enquiry/statement because nothing works.
The customer care agents aren't helpful at all and they don't like answering call.
Last time they didn't answer and kept me waiting till the second to reach them.
However, they didn't speak well and closed the phone when they got impatient.
