Sir, We have a Transaction through ATM Card No [protected] on 20 Oct 2017 for a Sum of Rs 3759/- at Pothys Pondichery. The amount is debited from my account but the same is not credited their account. But I received a message in my mobile which shown that the amount debited from my account No [protected].

Though the transaction was carried our but the amount was NOT credited to POTHYS PRIVATE LIMITED account, We paid cash.

Hence you are requested to revert back Rs 3759/- which debited from my account no [protected].

In this connection M/s POTHYS ISSUEdDa letter to us stating that the amount is not credited in their account

Please do the needful at the earliest
