Sir/ma'am, A refund of rs.649 was processed by "amazon" in my account on 13 sept, 2017 and as proof they have provided me with reference no.[protected] sent from "deustch" bank. So i request you to kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.
