State Bank Of India [SBI] — resolving an issue | |||||
Sbi is taking a very long time to address and resolve an issue. On 7/10/17 i have done a transaction of rs 14, 999 at mi store madhapur which got declined but amount has been debited from my account. When i called sbi they asked me to send a complaint and saying that it will take almost 120 days to resolve the issue, which is a very long time.
