this is with reference to my credit card 4xxxxxxxxx575 i wish to share that i am not able to use my reward point which is showing opening balanceRs-1902 + 71 = closing 71 only which should be total 1973 + 1093 i have already emailed to your customer care and nodal officer as well refer email dated[protected].36pm and 24-03-21 they were assured that it will be resolved by[protected] but my problem is still pending and my reward value is not ready to use and i am not able to login my loyalty account as well since opening the card account and my IRCT Ticket booking value back of 10% is also pending since 3months you can see my email conversation and IVr Request as well . This is totally panic for me therefore request you to please credit my all rewards point in my main account so that i can use this otherwise i have no any option to go to the legal consumer desk for all my recovery. as a commitment to your desk team. 1. Reward point not showing in my main account 2. Loyalty account unable to login ( all screenshot sent your customer card and you nodal team) 3. IRCTC booking 10% value back still pending All PNR details shared with your customer care and your nodal team. I hope you will do the needful today again and send a request on your IVR team vide request no[protected].
