State Bank Of India [SBI] — rude staff | |||
The bank needs better staff who can behave properly I had visited bank to open a new account so a person says right now the audit work is going on so, come back after 1 or 2 weeks then a lady comes provides the opening accont form & insist to take a insurance so that she can help us otherwise not, after verifying all the document then I visited the counter no. 3 for submitting. That counter no. 3 lady was not on her seat for more than 35 minutes & 7 to 8 people are waiting for her to come. Later on she came we submitted the document then she said we cannot open right now because the audit work is going on come back again after 2 weeks for update regarding the account. After 15 minutes i got a call from the same lady that I came to know that you have a zero balance account & you did not tell me & that's the reason we can't open your account, first you close that account. Even earlier it was clearly mentioned on the yono app that a person can open digital saving account even he/she is already having a account with sbi. And even now on the sbi website it is mention that a person has to close the earlier account within 30 days of new account opening. I want to ask if I am providing all the required documents why sbi cannot open my account and even I am providing my pan card. Sbi bank nawada delhi 110059 Was this information helpful? | |||
