State Bank Of India [SBI] — Savings Account | |||
I am an account holder in SBI with Acct # [protected]. I generally transfer money from my salary Citibank to SBI account and in the last two months when I tried doing the same on the 30th of the month I was not able to transfer the amount however the same had gone through when tried the next day. Yesterday I was trying to withdraw money from my card from the ATM located at Gowliguda of Rs.5000. I did not receive the amount however got the message that amount has been deducted from acct. After sometime I tried from another ATM and was able to withdraw the amount as it looks that it was not deducted though there was a messaging talking about it. To my surprise today I see that I have been charged 287.50 three times in my account which shouldn't be on my account. Hence, request you to please look into my account and refund the amount charged.
