State Bank Of India [SBI] — sb. a/c. no: [protected] (g. sivakumar) on 02/05/2017 amount of rs.5000/- debited but not received the amount cash

With reference to the above my account on 02/05/2017 i wash enter to thanjavur, yagappa nagar, indian bank atm for withdrawal of rs.5000/- in above said account. Amount debited in my account but cash not released i wash report to the consent banks so for i am not received the above amount. Already send complaint letter to sbi ii nd floor 6, rajaji salai, chennai-600 001. And received the acknowledgement on 13/06/2017. Please do the needful at an early date.
