State Bank Of India [SBI] — SBI customer care phone number | |||
I had two SBI Sb ac. One is in Tamluk railway staion branch( SBIN0008745) and another at Bangalore city branch SBIN0000814. I visiting SBI for long time to update my new address at SBIN0008745. I closed ac on 17/05/2016. Now I am trying change my address on passbook and new mobile number. I asked to update my address as well as my phone number. I have submit a KYC filled forms and all documents. These documents are approved by accountant. On 2nd feb, I was asking bank people. They said that your CIF id is with bangalore city branch(SBIN0000814). So I can not update bangalore city branch. My point is if account is closed. Why do bangalore city branch is not transfering CIF to my Tamluk railwaystation SBI branch. I may have more than one account in different place. How can they change one address both account with my connect? Why SBI group is not helping to sort out thisproblems. Now, I can not use my Saving account and internet banking without my OTP on my new moble number. I deactivated my old number so I can not get OTP for my internet banking. I lodged a complaint, but given phone number is not functioning properly. So I can contact them. Was this information helpful? | |||
