I am using sbi fastag I want to put my complaint for bann toll plaza jammu for debit of double and excess toll on dated 26-12-19 As per rule if i came back within 24 hour why toll is collected twice with full amount Ie 135 twice inr 270 charged instead of inr 200 Kindly see to it and get reversed my extra money deducted.. I had also put complaint for charge back plz provide status. Even talking to customer care executive i feel cheated as he is denied to provide any complaint status and number.
