[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi life insurance amount deducted without my permission

Dear sir/madam,
I (Chukka poli reddy), am having an sbi account in pedawaltair branch, visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh, bearing account number: [protected].
An amount of rs 500/- was deducted from the above said account towards sbi life insurance without my permission.
Even though i was complaining on the above issue in the respective branch from two months, till now, there was no action from the branch.
I request you to kindly solve the issue and do justice for me.
Pl let me know the action on the said branch.
