State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi needs to improve its net banking services | |
On 9th november 2019, i attempted to make a net banking transaction on myntra (Online shopping site), the money was deducted from my account but the order failed to be placed. Information regarding refund was displayed on the screen for maybe 5 seconds and then it disappeared and moreover no sms or email regarding the failed transaction or the refund was recieved on my part! Reference no of the mentioned transaction is [protected]igahkkooo8 I would like a refund asap It has been 9 days since the money was deducted This has happened to me on two occassions and i am not very happy about it! Is the sbi trying to scan its customers by adopting fraudulent means??? Why is the net banking service of sbi still not working properly despite been in operation for years now? Customer service of sbi has been degrading, how low will it fall? Customer care helpline puts you on hold for several minutes while they blast noises (Advertisements which nobody listens to) into your ears and when they eventually pick up, they are unable to understand what the customer has to say!
