[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — SBI Pay UPi Transaction to a Wrong ID | |||||
I have done a transaction from SBi Pay UPI App Id: ra******[protected]@sbi to unknown UPI Id of Phonepe: ****[protected]@ybl. So, I have tried to cancel the transaction and raised a dispute. But I haven't got any reply and I went to banks and approached most of the managers and employees in langar house. But no one was able to help me out. After calling to call center for more than 10 hours it has connected once. But they are telling me to approach the bank. I'm not able to do anything on this. Feb 7, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I had found the unknown UPI id user via LinkedIn and talked with him regarding the same and received the money from him. State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
