State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi, sit main road, branch tumkur not accepting the aadhar card copy

Dear sir,

Sub: request to link our aadhar no. And pan to our sb accounts.

With respect to above subject i would like to inform you that our family have sb account (Since 15 years) at sbi, s. I. T. Main road branch, tumkur – 572102 in my name, my wife (Pushpalatha), my son (J. Joy gideon) and a joint a/c in my and my wife’s names. These accounts were opened based on the request of the then sbi manager as we are staying in that area. All the accounts are in operation and the details are as follows:

1. A/c no. [protected] (In the name of dr. Joel hemanth)
2. A/c no. [protected] (Joint account)
3. A/c no. [protected] (Wife pushpalatha)
4. A/c no. [protected] (Son j. Joy gideon)

We have submitted aadhar card and pan xerox copies many times to the bank and put fd in these accounts many a times and during that time also we submitted aadhar and pan card xerox.in addition my self and my wife also has account in sbm, sadashivanagar branch, tumkur. Recently i got sms continuously from sbi that we have to submit aadhar and pan card xerox copies for linking purpose stating last date is the end of this month.in this connection my son j. Joy gideon approached the bank on 20th nov 2017, but the bank people sent him back without accepting his aadhar card copy. Later on 21st nov 2017 i personally went to the bank to submit aadhar and pan for all the accounts, no body took the responsibility of receiving it and to process / link or properly to guide. Finally they told me to meet the dy. Manager and he just received my son’s aadhar card and said it takes days to process it and the bank did not accept mine and my wife’s.

Sir, this is a persisting problem in this bank since they made it as a paperless bank and we don’t feel like going to this bank as the staff just enjoys but not caring their customers. No body here helps especially the dy. Manager and the clerks. They just sent the customers back with some reason without knowing others precious time

And duties and of course the manager here seems to be helpless and just talks without any solution to the problem. Also merging of smb with sbi is not the customers problem and we are facing lot of problems with this since the bank is not helping though we go to the bank. Please note that its not the customers problem, we are ready to give the required documents but no body is there to accept it.

I shall be grateful if you instruct the bank to process and to help their customers and to solve their problems and especially a special warning is required for the dy. Manager for not caring the customers. Also the bank may give the acknowledgement for the documents given.

I am unable to change mobile number linked to sbi savings account, i tried to change through sms, call center, atm. But not able to change. I have tried saveral times

I've received a suspicious call on my number [protected] from +91 [protected] claiming to be from SBI and they took my personal details including PAN. Then they sent me a message and asked me to forward message to [protected] to process SBI credit card. The message is suspicious. Please help
This worst service i have seen till date proper date of birth not updated in sbi credit card
i have submitted PAN as document .they have taken different date of birth
Sir ppo no 08/14/B/13484/2017 and acct no [protected] documents submitted in sep17.oct 17 and again in nov 17 . Still waiting for pension and other amount.
I had paid online website of dubai duty free they refunded my money on August 09, 2017 and gave arn number 74006937195371553500010
I tried everywhere nobody know what is arn number how to trace it
Help me out
