State Bank Of India [SBI] — should not deduct the money in state bank of india in investment intermedi

Dear team,

Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.885/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

transaction not success
SI FAIL CHARGES
SI FAILURE CHARGES
My account has been debited with amount 295.00 on 06 march 2019 with narration saying "SI FAILURE CHARGES".
Can you please explain me about these charges and kindly refund it back to my account. By. Verna Kumari. AC no [protected]

On 1 April 2019 At 5 PM I did a transaction of 6334 from bhim app the transaction failed and money deducted from the account. Still No refund on next day . An that transaction was very important transaction.
UPI transaction ID[protected]
Please revert the transaction ASAP.

Did not accept cash at counter and told to deposit in cdm machine.
