I had applied for signature credit card from SBI. On enrollment they give you multiple option of gift vouchers. I had selected jabong gift voucher of Rs. 5000. I received the gift voucher on[protected] and when on[protected] and went to Jabong site to you the voucher. I came to know that this voucher is already used by Mr. Ruban Kumar on 01/07/2015. I had sent an email on 01/08/2015 to [protected]@sbicard.com regarding the issue. After that i would have sent atleast 10 mail and would have talked to different people at there call center but they always raise the ticket and then after 7 days get a msg that your issue is resolved. They are fraud and scaming people it has been 2 months still nothing. Yesterday i received msg stating that SBI has issued me gift voucher of Rs. 3000 for Jabong. Again that is a fraud when you have to give customer a gift voucher of Rs. 5000 why did they send the gift voucher for Rs. 3000. I have been fighting my case for last 2 months via email and there call center as well as there nodal officer but they are making fool of customer. Please take some action and give us justice.
