State Bank Of India [SBI] — state bank rewardz reward points programme

Iam a state bank saving bank account customer and i openen my account in state bank of india on july 2017 and from that time i didn't got the reward points for transactions i made through my debit card. I have raised a complaint in their site and talkies to the customer care also they said to wait for 7 days bit 1 and half month happened but they are not talking any responsibility.
Please help me to get the proper compensation to me.
