My name is mohd rasheed ahmed and i had ordered sweatshirt hoody type of 849₹ us polo assn. Men's cotton sweatshirts in amazon on 15th december 2019 and i returned this on19th december 2019. I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 18th december 2019 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money its all around almost 2 months. Amazon sent this reference number [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but sbi bank doesn't have such policy, if they have it doesn't work and help me so much as i tried in there sbi sites also.
