Dear Concern, Myself Mr Durga Prasad Chitrika, on behalf of my mother's account no. [protected], State Bank of India, Name - Chireika Yesoda, Branch Pathapatnam Main Road, Branch Code - 1441, would like to inform you that on 4th Jan'17 we tried to withdraw Rs 4500 from a ICICI Bank ATM, during that due to an error transaction was completed but cash was not came out and immediately we have checked the balance from a other ATM it was found debited from the account. Later we thought it will be reversed within 24 hours, so we checked it on 5th Jan'17 but it was reversed or credited.
