Dear sir, I had an transaction of rs 4000 / through sbi freedom (Sbi Amila branch-012996) app to my another sbi credit card on 20th of February. But it is not credited to the said credit card and neither it got returned. That's y I called 24×7 helpline many times and every time their excuse was that their systems were not working. Please note that I m an railway employee working thousands of kilometres way from bank branch. Hence it's next to possible for me to go to branches to inquire about my transactions.
