State Bank Of India [SBI] — transaction on progress

On 25th Jan 2019. I have transferred RS 5500 to another account, the amount is deducted from my account but not credited to beneficiary account...When I talked to customer executive then he told me to wait for next 10 days..I have some urgency.please solve the issue as soon as possible.
