Sir, I hold an sbi account with telco branch at jamshedpur. On 26.06.2018 i found that my account was debited with rs.400/- .SWOO [protected] 23-JUN[protected] S1AWHY93 400.00 (Dr) . I had not done any transactions on that day and i do not know what swoo is about. Request you to kindly look into this matter and help refund the debited amount.
