The card payment by swipe with sekar emporium, chennai on 05/01/2017 for rs.799/- was not successful and complaint lodged through ccs ref. No.[protected]. But this was not yet resolved in spite of sveral mails sent evan to the chairman/dgm., etc. Further on line transaction with irctc on 11/01/2017 (rs.310/-) was also not successful and this amount too not reverted to my account. The total amount of rs.1, 109/- may please be arranged to be reverted to my s.B. Account no.[protected] pwd complex br., chepauk, chennai-5.

Updated by krish[panch Hi, Though the said unsuccessful transaction amount Rs.799/- had been got reverted to my account after nearly 15 days, there was no action regarding payment of interest for the period from bank authority. in case of loan if obtained and delay in repayment of EMI for Evan one day. Bank claiming interest, why no such interest paid for the period unsuccessful transaction amount reverted .
