The card payment by swipe with sekar emporium, chennai on 05/01/2017 for rs.799/- was not successful and complaint lodged through ccs ref. No.[protected]. But this was not yet resolved in spite of sveral mails sent evan to the chairman/dgm., etc. Further on line transaction with irctc on 11/01/2017 (rs.310/-) was also not successful and this amount too not reverted to my account.
