Dear sir/mam
I am writting this mail due to the problems of my credit card of sbi because every month i 've faced the charges of fin charges of retail, cash, and specially over limit charges because they never told about this charges and same has been reflected in the monthly statement of this month of 19 aug 16 and same Sept. Also I can understand for the service tax, interest but these type of charges are really disappointed and they are fake and untold for me. I will never pay that amount. So i am requesting you please help me to waive off this charges otherwise please take a valid action against them.

STATE BANK OF INDIA really ATM is not working properly always send a massage in mobile we have 500 atm we have 600 atm we have. Actually not a single ATM work properly 495 ATM Closed out of cast not working any time new excuse in ATM so please i request you repair all ATM or properly Maintenance every week or every month...
