State Bank Of India [SBI] — virtual card | |||||
I created a virtual card no. [protected], online on 22/09/2017 of rs. 8000/- and made a payment of rs. 7249.00/- to e-commerce company and remaining amount of rs. 751.00 yet not credited to my account. Lots of time i filled complaint online to www.onlinesbi.com but no one help and refund my remaining amt. I filled complaint no. [protected], they instruct me rush to the home branch for solution. On 06/01/2018, i reached to sbi, shiv colony branch, jalgaon, i am very surprised the answer gave by bank manager. He don't know about virtual card and unable to help, but i insist to see my account check it, then he only accepted my application and not gave any received / acknowledgement.
