Hi, On 15th september 2018, i was ordering some product from jabong.com, while making payment i received the otp and entered it after that the page displayed session expired, but i received a message from bank about money being deducted from bank account. The payment was unsuccessful and the order was not placed, but the amount was deducted. Below i have pasted the msg received from sbi: "thank you for using state bank internet banking. Reference no. For novarris fashion trading transaction of rs. 537.71 from a/c ending xxxx on 15-sep-18 at 23:19 is igaejeuuk6." Was this information helpful? | |
