Hi, I have checked your reply which is bot more than a fraud and cheating. When i had opened my account that was 0 balance. It remained 0 zero balance for 2 years and how come it got converted to 200 min balance automatically. And you started deducting money on the name of fine and all cheatings. I saw many forums where people mentioned this trick of sbi fraud to make money. You even deducted money from poor old people. In future i would be adding all those complaint and filing legal law suite against dasuya branch. Your kind managed jasvir singh failed to pick my call. Now, as my second level of escalation i am forwarding this complaint to rbi senior authorities. Next escalation will be filing legal suite in dasuya session court. Try to resolve this here because i dont want to waste our both parties time. Fyi i have all the proofs when i got this account opened and the booklet clearly says its zero balance maintain account. Here, i would request you to kindly- 1. Refund my money which was deducted as the reason of mab 2. Make the settlement in my insurance policy to make the 2017 instalment deductions and make waive off any late payment/penalties.
